Vaccinations will be available for children ages 5-11 and for 12+. Amazon gift cards will be given out to participating families while supplies last. See the fliers in this week's Friday Flier folder. There is no out of pocket cost for families. Although insurance information will be collected if available, no one will be turned away if they do not have insurance.
