Copies will be provided subject to the following:
1. A request in writing to the Superintendent, specifying the document desired.
2. Pre-payment of fifteen cents ($.25) per page: an additional fee will be assessed for over-sized documents which require special handling. An hourly rate of fifteen dollars ($15.00) will be assessed for the search and retrieval of documents requested. There will be no charge for the first thirty minutes of the search.
