philosophy of the Kindergarten Program is that
each child has his/her own rate
and style of learning.
The
Kindergarten classroom provides a wealth of experiences
that encourage growth and
development for each individual child.
It is the intent of the
Kindergarten program
to provide developmentally appropriate experiences.
The
focus of the program is an integrated curriculum
built on a strong literacy foundation
which
involves the child in
listening, speaking, reading and writing.
