New policy on volunteering in the public schools.
Anyone volunteering in the school must fill out the application. A check made out to: BCI in the amount is 5.00 is also required with your application. Please forward all to the office for signature/approval from Mr. Corrente.

1. Completed forms from link above. (Pages 4, 6 and 7)

2. The consent form(s) need to be notarized.

3. Photo copy of picture photo identification with date of birth.

4. $5 check or money order made out to BCI.

5. Reason for background check.
