LIBRARY NEWS
MRS. LEEMAN
George J. Peters Elementary School has a
library which can accommodate 30 students. Every class visits the
library each week for lessons and to borrow books. The library has over 6,400
books and subscriptions to nine magazines.
There are ten computers which are connected to the internet for students
to use for research under the supervision of the librarian. We also have
over 20 CD-ROMs for research. Teachers may borrow any of the 140
videos available for use with their classes on many of the topics studied in
our curriculum. We also have a collection of software which teachers can
use with their students.
