 Enrolling in direct deposit will ensure your immediate availability to your funds. Forms are available on line at “HR Forms”, at all schools and at the Payroll Office

Balloon Payment Option enrolment or to opt out is July 1st .

                         If your pay check reflects an incorrect address, please email HR with the corrected information.                                

 

Copies will be provided subject to the following:

1.   A request in writing to the Superintendent, specifying the document desired.

2.   Pre-payment of fifteen cents ($.25) per page: an additional fee will be assessed for over-sized documents which require special handling. An hourly rate of fifteen dollars ($15.00) will be assessed for the search and retrieval of documents requested. There will be no charge for the first thirty minutes of the search.3.   A minimum of five (5) working days for the retrieval and copying to be completed.

4.   Any denial of a request for records shall be made in writing, giving the specific reason for the denial, within ten (10) business days of the request. The procedure for the appeal of the denial will also be included.
