Ways to Prevent
Spread of Germs/Flu
·
Wash
your hands frequently with soap and warm water.
If soap and warm are not available, use alcohol based hand gel.
·
Cough
and sneeze into your elbow.
·
Anyone
with flu-like illness stay home from work, school or daycare until they are
fever free for 24 hours, without the help of fever-reducing medicines.
·
Keep
your hands away from your nose and mouth, especially after sneezing or coughing
·
Do
not share eating utensils, drinks, water bottles or inhalers.
·
When
doing routine cleaning tasks at home wipe down common areas such as door knobs,
faucet handles, flusher knobs etc. with a disinfectant frequently.
