Welcome to First Grade
Mrs. Giuliano's Class
I am
so excited about this upcoming year. First grade is such a challenging, yet rewarding
year. Some of the concepts your child will learn have been introduced to in
Kindergarten. However, many of the skills and strategies we are all so brand
new. Please be patient and watch to see how all these important concepts come
together to transform your child into a reader, writer, scientist, historian
and mathematician! It is such an amazing process. Please enjoy watching it with
me!
Remember,
parental involvement is a crucial part of success at school. In this website, I
have given you some insight into our classroom. I have also provided you with
some important tools to inspire learning at home.
