Winter Ball 2009

Ticket Sales

1. Winter Ball tickets will be sold for 10 days during the lunch period Thursday, December 4th - Wednesday, December 17th. (The event is Saturday, January 10, 2009, at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet.)

2. Only 18 tickets will be sold per lunch per day. In order to purchase a ticket during lunch, you must have a number.

3. Numbers can be picked up in A1-8 before advisory on the day you wish to purchase a ticket. It will be on a first come, first serve basis.

4. Tickets will also be sold after school in A1-8 on Friday, December 12th and Monday, December 15th. You do not need a number to purchase a ticket after school. This will be on a first come, first serve basis.

5. Tickets cost $90 per couple or $45 for an individual ticket. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, so be sure you are definitely going before you purchase a ticket.

6. All students and guests must be eligible to purchase a ticket. This year we will not sell tickets to anyone who is on the academic or citizenship ineligibility list.

7. Please DO NOT wait until last minute to purchase your ticket. We WILL NOT sell tickets beyond the above listed dates and times.

Table Reservations

Table reservations are being accepted in A1-8 and B2-9 through 2:20 pm on Thursday, December 18th. In order to reserve a table you must do the following:

1. Get an index card.
2. On the card, write the ticket number and name of every person that you would like seated at your table.
3. Submit your card in person to assure it is received.

NOTE: Incomplete cards will NOT be accepted!
If a person's name appears on more than one card, they will be seated at one table. This means they will be crossed off the 2nd card.
