Please bring in your flu forms to the nurse. The flu clinic will be held on Monday, November 10.

Now through the first week in November, we will be collecting Yoplait Yogurt lids and a donation will be made to the Susan G. Koman Foundation. You can find the pink box in DHW with the napkins and utensils.

Students in need of a make-up or re-take photo for the yearbook and a student ID must sign up before or after school in room C2-9. Retakes will be taken on Thursday, Oct. 30.

Hello Falcons! Falcon apparel is available to purchase today during all four lunches. Mrs. Zina is still taking order forms and payment for the November 12th order. The October Falcon apparel order should be in soon and you will receive a note in advisory letting you know your order is ready for pickup. If you have any questions or concerns please see Mrs. Zina in the Falcon Store on G days only! Thank you!

Competition Cheer Sign up/Tryouts are in the small gym from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on the following dates:

Attn Students: The Cranston West Community will be collecting canned goods as part of the district wide Go Orange campain to help end hunger. Please bring canned goods to the barrel outside of the main office anytime through Friday, Oct. 31. Thank you for your support.

Any senior member of the National Honor Society interested in running for executive board should see Mrs. Catauro in A2-6 as soon as possible.

The Unified Volleyball team has a home playoff game on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 3:45. Please come out and support the team.

Please visit our new Attendance Counts! Page on Aspen and take the School Attendance Survey to be automatically entered into a raffle to win free prizes. All you need to do is click on Page Directory on Aspen home page, then click on Attendance Counts Page, then School Attendance Survey link, and complete the survey. We will be using the data collected from this survey to create incentives to get all students to come to school every day and on time. We plan on conducting raffles throughout the year where you can win prizes such as gift cards and/or tablets by participating in our initiatives or just by coming to school every day and on time. Don’t miss out on this opportunity…all you need to do is visit the Attendance Counts Page and complete the survey. The survey will only be up for a limited time, so make sure to complete it today for free entry into our first raffle that will take place in a few weeks.

October is Hunger Awareness Month. Cranston West is "going orange" to support the cause. Students and faculty are asked to wear orange this Friday to show support for this cause.

Halloween Message - In preparation for Halloween on Friday, all students are reminded that the rules for costumes and behavior are consistent with the CPS Student Handbook. Masks and toy weapons are not allowed and hats are only permitted as part of an appropriate Halloween costume.
