Chorus Contract

I would like to join the Chorus because I enjoy singing. I understand the following rules and responsibilities of the Chorus:

1. Chorus is for the entire school year.

2. I will cooperate with my fellow chorus members to produce good music.

3. I will not be a discipline problem in Chorus. If I am, contact will be made with my parent/guardians, possibly resulting in my dismissal from the group.

4. Performances in December, field trips and an end of the year program are other responsibilities and my attendance is required.

I understand all of the above rules and the commitment I am making.

Concert Dress - Chorus members should wear dark (black, navy blue) dress pants or skirts, white, red, green, blue tops (light weight) for the Winter Concert. Black dress pants or skirts and white tops (plain front) will be the concert dress for all other concerts.

Rehearsal - Rehearsals are held every Wednesday and Friday from 8:55 - 9:30 A.M.

Changes - As times and more information becomes available about concerts it will be posted.

Questions - Please feel free to call the school with any questions or problems. I will be available before and after school on Wednesdays and Fridays.
