FOCUS : adding details

It is important to exercise and eat healthy. Eating nutritious food is important because you need to stay healthy. To stay healthy you must be fit. You get stronger bones and teeth by eating healthy. By eating cheese, leafy green vegetables and drinking milk you can help yourself stay healthy. Another eating tip for staying healthy is to choose healthy foods instead of unhealthy food. Eating unhealthy food makes you overweight and unhealthy. The healthy foods you can eat are salads and fruits. You can eat some food that is unhealthy, just not every day. When you exercise you also help yourself get stronger. You will be able to breathe better once you start exercising. It makes you tired, so you sleep better at night. Exercising can be fun. It is also an easy thing to do. To conclude, exercising and eating healthy are important for your body and your health
